Delicious food and beverage options are available for purchase at our full-service Mercado restaurant and bar. At various locations around the venue, our Airstream Bars offer local beer, wine, distilled spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. Last Call for ALCOHOL is 30 – 45 minutes prior to close depending on occupancy.
Our Sensorio kitchen offers a mouthwatering array of made to order appetizers, entrees, salads & desserts including vegetarian options. Try our tasty Sensorio Burger or our Tangy Fried Chicken Sandwich, the ever-popular Fried Pickles or Crispy Garlic Fries and much more. Oh! Don’t forget about our desserts-beignets with caramel or chocolate sauce, cinnamon crusted churros, and other sweet sensations to enjoy with a view!

Our Sensorio Bar is located inside our Mercado building next to the event stage. We serve a range of beverages including all local wines, craft beer, distilled spirits and more! Additional bar locations can be found throughout our venue is classic Airstreams in the Light Towers area, Dimensions, as well as the exclusive Terrace Airstream Bar.
