Frequently Asked Questions

CHANGE POLICY: Tickets can be transferred or changed by guests through their TIXR account up until 24 hours prior to the event. By transferring a ticket to a new date, the guest acknowledges that the new date becomes the ticket’s event date and is governed by that event’s policies. Refunds will not be provided due to cancellation of the original event date once a transfer has occurred. For platter changes, please email info@​sensoriopaso.​com to request a transfer no later than 10am on the day of the original event. TIXR TICKET TRANSFER ARTICLE

No Ticket Resales: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for any reason. Unauthorized resales (or attempted resales) of tickets will render them void and subject to cancellation without refund. Admission will be denied to holders of resold or counterfeit tickets.

ONSITE: The parking lot opens 30 minutes prior to the exhibit opening time. Tailgating is not permitted. Inside the exhibit area, amenities include food and beverages for sale, including wine, beer, and distilled spirits. The pathways are ADA accessible. Once admitted, guests may enjoy the exhibit until closing. Lights begin dimming 15 minutes prior to closing.

Sensorio does not accept refund requests unless the venue is officially closed due to inclement weather. If Sensorio remains open during light rain, ticket holders may request a credit to a different date, subject to availability.

    As you explore, please be mindful that some guests may be sensitive to flashing lights or striped patterns. We’ve taken great care to minimize these elements to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the experience. If you have any concerns or special needs, our staff is here to assist you. Your comfort and enjoyment are paramount to us.

    Please make sure to dress accordingly, wear comfortable shoes, and check the weather prior to arriving.

    Wheelchair Rentals: Guests may bring and use their own wheelchairs. Sensorio also offers a limited number of wheelchair rentals for a fee of $10 + fees, plus ID as deposit. Rental wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be reserved so please plan to arrive early.

  • In the event that an event is sold out, tickets may be purchased onsite, when space allows, as long as you arrive no later than 60 minutes prior to closing. Onsite ticket sales are CC only. 

    Please check the calendar for other dates/​times to purchase tickets in advance.
     

  • The parking lot opens 30 minutes prior to Sensorio’s opening hours. No tailgating is allowed.

    Box Office closes 60 minutes prior to Sensorio’s closing time in order to allow ample time to enjoy the grounds. Lights begin dimming 15 minutes prior to closing.
    Onsite ticket sales are CC only. 

    Sensorio Office Hours: Monday through Sunday from 10am — 5pm. Office is not open to the public. Office is closed during evening event hours. Email info@​sensoriopaso.​com 247 for further assistance.

  • Box Office opens at the start of the event. Tickets may be purchased onsite as long as you arrive no later than 60 minutes prior to closing. Onsite ticket sales are CC only. 

    Limited walk up tickets are made available, as long as space allows in the parking lot. Purchase tickets online to guarantee admission.

  • Yes, there is food and alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Photo ID is required for any alcoholic beverage purchase. Last Call for alcohol is 30 minutes prior to close. To view our food and drink options, please visit: Food & Drink.

    To enhance convenience and streamline service, some areas within Sensorio have transitioned to card-only payments. Please ensure you have a credit or debit card, or a contactless payment method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, available for purchases.

    Please note: only sealed water bottles or empty personal water containers are allowed inside the venue.

  • All guests are welcome to shoot photos/​video with hand-held equipment, but Sensorio does not allow professional cameras that are not handheld, and/​or video/​recording equipment, drones, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, lighting/​flash, or any other extensive photo/​video equipment onsite.

    Any commercial use, reproduction, or sale, directly or online, of any images is strictly prohibited. All rights to images of Bruce Munro’s artworks are held by a third party, which monitors usage worldwide. Anyone wishing to seek permission for any commercial project should contact Bruce Munro Studio at info@​brucemunro.​co.​uk.

  • Professional cameras that are not handheld, or video/​recording equipment, headlamps, selfie sticks, stabilizers, monopods, and tripods are NOT allowed.

    Smoking is also prohibited anywhere onsite — kindly leave those items in your vehicle (to include cigarettes, vapes, lighters, e‑cigs, etc.)You can NOT bring external food or beverages (only sealed water bottles or empty personal water containers are allowed), radios/walkie-talkie, pets, chairs, mace, laser pointers, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, grills, hibachis or other cooking equipment into Sensorio. It is prohibited to possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on the property.

    Sensorio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
     

  • Animals at Sensorio

    Sensorio welcomes all guests and strives to provide an inclusive and accessible environment. For the safety and comfort of all visitors, our policy on animals is as follows:

    🐕 Service Animals (Protected under the ADA)

    Sensorio permits guests to bring trained service animals that are:

    Individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

    Controlled by a harness, leash, or tether at all times (unless it interferes with the service).

    Non-disruptive and housebroken.

    Staff may ask the following two questions, as allowed by the ADA:

    Is this a service animal required because of a disability?

    What specific task or work has the animal been trained to perform?

    We do not require documentation or proof of training.

    🐾 Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)

    While not required to do so under federal or California law, Sensorio does allow emotional support animals (ESAs) under the following conditions:

    The animal must be carried or leashed at all times.

    The animal must be calm, non-aggressive, and quiet.

    The owner must maintain full control over the animal at all times.

    Sensorio reserves the right to ask for documentation confirming ESA designation.

    ❗ If an ESA poses a disruption, displays aggressive or fearful behavior, or presents a safety concern to others, Sensorio reserves the right to deny entry or request the animal’s removal from the premises.

    🚫 Pets

    Pets and other non-assistive animals are not permitted on site.

    ⚠️ Additional Note:

    Sensorio is an outdoor venue with uneven terrain, large crowds, food service areas, and visual and audio stimuli. Please assess your animal’s comfort in these conditions prior to your visit. Leaving animals unattended in vehicles is prohibited under California law (Penal Code §597.7).

  • Yes, our pathways are ADA compliant. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, braces, and scooters are allowed.

    Children 4 years of age and older require a Child Terrace Experience ticket to be in the Terrace.

    Terrace Ticket sales CLOSE at 10am the morning prior to the event. In the event that the Terrace has capacity still available, upgrades will be made available at the door. Please ask Box Office during check-in for the most currently availability.

    All Terrace online ticket purchases, changes, or transfers must be made 24 hours prior to event.

  • Sensorio does not accept refund requests unless the venue is officially closed due to inclement weather. If Sensorio remains open during light rain, ticket holders may request a ticket credit to a different date, subject to availability.

    Tickets can be transferred or changed through a guest’s TIXR account, or by submitting a request via email to info@​sensoriopaso.​com.

    Refunds will only be issued in cases where Sensorio closes due to severe weather conditions affecting the ticket’s current event date.
