CHANGE POL­I­CY: Tick­ets can be trans­ferred or changed through Tick­et­mas­ter | Uni­verse up until 2 days pri­or to the event. Email info@​sensoriopaso.​com to request a trans­fer no lat­er than 24 hours pri­or to their orig­i­nal event. The name on a tick­et does not need to match the attendee.

ONSITE: The park­ing lot opens 30 min­utes pri­or to the exhib­it open­ing time. Tail­gat­ing is not per­mit­ted. Inside the exhib­it area, ameni­ties include food and bev­er­ages for sale, includ­ing wine, beer, and dis­tilled spir­its. The path­ways are ADA acces­si­ble. Once admit­ted, guests may enjoy the exhib­it until clos­ing. Lights begin dim­ming 15 min­utes pri­or to closing.

Sen­so­rio does not accept refund requests, with the excep­tion of inclement weath­er. Inclement weath­er may cause a can­cel­la­tion, in which case tick­et hold­ers will be noti­fied via email, refund­ed, and invit­ed to repurchase. 

  • Sen­so­rio is a self-guid­ed walk­ing tour. The out­er­most path­way is a lit­tle more than 1 mile with bench­es through­out. Please refer to our Site Map for paths of Trav­el. Sen­so­rio Walk­ing Map

    Please make sure to dress accord­ing­ly and check the weath­er pri­or to arriving. 

    Wheel­chair Rentals: Guests may bring and use their own wheel­chairs. Sen­so­rio also offers a lim­it­ed num­ber of wheel­chair rentals for a fee of $10, plus ID as deposit. Rental wheel­chairs are avail­able on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be reserved so please plan to arrive early.

    Box Office clos­es 45 min­utes pri­or to Sen­so­ri­o’s clos­ing time in order to allow ample time to enjoy the grounds. Lights begin dim­ming 15 min­utes pri­or to closing.

    Sen­so­rio Office Hours:Mon­day through Fri­day from 10am — 5pm, Saturday/​Sunday 2pm-6pm. Office is not open to the pub­lic. Office is closed dur­ing evening event hours. Email info@​sensoriopaso.​com247 for fur­ther assistance.

  • In the event that an event is sold out, tick­ets may be pur­chased onsite as long as you arrive no lat­er than 45 min­utes pri­or to closing.

    Lim­it­ed walk up tick­ets are made avail­able, as long as space allows in the park­ing lot. Pur­chase tick­ets online to guar­an­tee admission.

  • Yes, there is food and alco­holic bev­er­ages avail­able for pur­chase. Pho­to ID is required for any alco­holic bev­er­age pur­chase. Last Call for alco­hol is 30 min­utes pri­or to close. To view our food and drink options, please vis­it: Food & Drink.

    Please note: only sealed water bot­tles or emp­ty per­son­al water con­tain­ers are allowed inside the venue.

    Chil­dren 4 years of age and old­er require a Child Ter­race Expe­ri­ence tick­et to be in the Terrace.

    Ter­race Tick­et sales CLOSE 24 hours pri­or to the event. In the event that the Ter­race has capac­i­ty still avail­able, upgrades will be made avail­able at the door. Please ask Box Office dur­ing check-in for the most cur­rent­ly availability.

    All Ter­race online tick­et pur­chas­es, changes, or trans­fers must be made 48 hours pri­or to event.

  • The park­ing lot opens 30 min­utes pri­or to Sen­so­ri­o’s open­ing hours. No tail­gat­ing is allowed.

  • All guests are wel­come to shoot photos/​video with hand-held equip­ment, but Sen­so­rio does not allow pro­fes­sion­al cam­eras that are not hand­held, and/​or video/​recording equip­ment, drones, self­ie sticks, monopods, tripods, lighting/​flash, or any oth­er exten­sive photo/​video equip­ment onsite.

    Any com­mer­cial use, repro­duc­tion, or sale, direct­ly or online, of any images is strict­ly pro­hib­it­ed. All rights to images of Bruce Munro’s art­works are held by a third par­ty, which mon­i­tors usage world­wide. Any­one wish­ing to seek per­mis­sion for any com­mer­cial project should con­tact Bruce Munro Stu­dio at info@​brucemunro.​co.​uk.

  • Pro­fes­sion­al cam­eras that are not hand­held, or video/​recording equip­ment, head­lamps, self­ie sticks, monopods, and tripods are NOT allowed.

    You can NOT bring exter­nal food or bev­er­ages (only sealed water bot­tles or emp­ty per­son­al water con­tain­ers are allowed), pets, chairs, roller blades, skate­boards, bicy­cles, grills, hibachis or oth­er cook­ing equip­ment into Sen­so­rio. It is pro­hib­it­ed to pos­sess any firearm, knife, weapon or fire­works on the prop­er­ty. Smok­ing is also pro­hib­it­ed any­where onsite.

    Sen­so­rio is not respon­si­ble for any lost or stolen items.

  • Only ser­vice dogs/​emotional sup­port ani­mals are allowed. A ser­vice dog is defined as a trained ani­mal to do work or per­form tasks for, and to assist, an indi­vid­ual with a disability. 

    An emo­tion­al sup­port ani­mal is a type of ani­mal that pro­vides com­fort to help relieve a symp­tom or effect of a per­son­’s disability.

For all Ter­race tick­ethold­ers you must email info@​sensoriopaso.​com to request a trans­fer. We require 24 hours-notice for Ter­race + Plat­ter Expe­ri­ence trans­fers or changes.

  • Order Pro­tec­tion is a ben­e­fit that Uni­verse pro­vides to buy­ers pur­chas­ing tick­ets for US events, through their part­ner Book­ing Protect.

    If you pur­chased your order and added order pro­tec­tion, you may apply for a full refund should you, or any­one in your par­ty, be unable to attend due to unfore­seen cir­cum­stances. This includes injury, ill­ness, trav­el trou­ble and oth­er unex­pect­ed events.
