CHANGE POLICY: Tickets can be transferred or changed through Ticketmaster | Universe up until 2 days prior to the event. Email info@sensoriopaso.com to request a transfer no later than 24 hours prior to their original event. The name on a ticket does not need to match the attendee. Terrace ticketholders will need to email or call our offices to request a transfer.
ONSITE: The parking lot opens 30 minutes prior to the exhibit opening time. Tailgating is not permitted. Inside the exhibit area, amenities include food and beverages for sale, including wine, beer, and distilled spirits. The pathways are ADA accessible. Once admitted, guests may enjoy the exhibit until closing. Lights begin dimming 15 minutes prior to closing.

Sensorio does not accept refund requests, with the exception of inclement weather. Inclement weather may cause a cancellation, in which case ticket holders will be notified via email, refunded, and invited to repurchase.

Wheelchair Rentals: Guests may bring and use their own wheelchairs. Sensorio also offers a limited number of wheelchair rentals for a fee of $10, plus ID as deposit. Rental wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be reserved so please plan to arrive early.

Box Office closes 45 minutes prior to Sensorio’s closing time in order to allow ample time to enjoy the grounds. Lights begin dimming 15 minutes prior to closing.

In the event that an event is sold out, tickets may be purchased onsite, when space allows, as long as you arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to closing.

Children 4 years of age and older require a Child Terrace Experience ticket to be in the Terrace.
Terrace Ticket sales CLOSE at 10am the morning prior to the event. In the event that the Terrace has capacity still available, upgrades will be made available at the door. Please ask Box Office during check-in for the most currently availability.
All Terrace online ticket purchases, changes, or transfers must be made 24 hours prior to event.

All guests are welcome to shoot photos/video with hand-held equipment, but Sensorio does not allow professional cameras that are not handheld, and/or video/recording equipment, drones, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, lighting/flash, or any other extensive photo/video equipment onsite.
Any commercial use, reproduction, or sale, directly or online, of any images is strictly prohibited. All rights to images of Bruce Munro’s artworks are held by a third party, which monitors usage worldwide. Anyone wishing to seek permission for any commercial project should contact Bruce Munro Studio at info@brucemunro.co.uk.
Professional cameras that are not handheld, or video/recording equipment, headlamps, selfie sticks, monopods, and tripods are NOT allowed.
You can NOT bring external food or beverages (only sealed water bottles or empty personal water containers are allowed), pets, chairs, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, grills, hibachis or other cooking equipment into Sensorio. It is prohibited to possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on the property. Smoking is also prohibited anywhere onsite.
Sensorio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Only service dogs/emotional support animals are allowed. A service dog is defined as a trained animal to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, an individual with a disability.
An emotional support animal is a type of animal that provides comfort to help relieve a symptom or effect of a person’s disability.
Yes, our pathways are ADA compliant. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, braces, and scooters are allowed.
