At 8:30PM NIGHT­LY: Tick­ets will be made avail­able for that evening ONLY as guests leave allow­ing the same num­ber to enter. Guests must arrive and wait in line onsite. No guar­an­tee of avail­abil­i­ty. To ensure the health and safe­ty of all guests and staff, Sen­so­rio lim­its the num­ber of peo­ple onsite at any giv­en time. 

Box Office clos­es 45 min­utes pri­or to clos­ing. Online tick­et pur­chas­es avail­able ONLY. Lights begin dim­ming 15 min­utes pri­or to closing.

Inclement weath­er may cause a can­cel­la­tion. All tick­et hold­ers will be noti­fied via email, and tick­ets will be refunded.

    • Main­tain Social Dis­tance of 6 feet or more with staff and oth­er visitors.
    • Masks / Face Cov­er­ings Are REQUIRED. No exceptions.
    • Guests with a tem­per­a­ture of over 100.4 Degrees will NOT be admitted.
    • Upon entrance, all guests are REQUIRED to read and answer ques­tions con­firm­ing that they cur­rent­ly have no symp­toms and have know­ing­ly not come into con­tact in the last 14 days with any­one that has symp­toms of the Covid-19 virus or any flu like virus. Each guest will state their name. This will be videotaped.
    • Groups lim­it­ed to 6 per­sons while dining/​walking through venue.
  • The park­ing lot opens 30 min­utes pri­or to opening.

  • Please refer to your tick­et infor­ma­tion to see when your allot­ted time begins. You can arrive at your tick­et time, or any time after, and stay until we close.

    Wheel­chair Rentals: Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sen­so­rio offers man­u­al wheel­chair rentals for a fee of $10. Wheel­chairs are avail­able on a First come, First Served basis. In addi­tion to the rental fee, ID will be required for deposit.

    *Wheel­chairs may not be reserved. Please plan to arrive ear­ly; a lim­it­ed num­ber of wheel­chairs are avail­able for rent for each tick­et­ed hour. 

    Guests are invit­ed to bring and use their own wheel­chairs through­out Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sensorio.

  • You may NOT bring food, bev­er­ages, self­ie sticks, monopods, tripods, pets, chairs, roller blades, skate­boards, bicy­cles, pro­fes­sion­al cam­era, video or record­ing equip­ment, grills, hibachis or cook­ing equip­ment into Sen­so­rio. It is a vio­la­tion of Cal­i­for­nia law to car­ry or pos­sess any firearm, knife, weapon or fire­works on the prop­er­ty. Smok­ing is pro­hib­it­ed any­where onsite. Sen­so­rio is not respon­si­ble for any lost or stolen items.

    *Only sealed water bot­tles or emp­ty per­son­al water con­tain­ers are allowed inside the venue.

  • Yes, there will be food and alco­holic bev­er­ages avail­able for pur­chase. Pho­to ID is required for any alco­holic bev­er­age purchase.

  • All guests are wel­come to shoot photos/​video with hand-held equip­ment, but Sen­so­rio does not allow drones, tripods, self­ie sticks, light­ing, flash or any more exten­sive photo/​video equip­ment on site. Com­mer­cial use, repro­duc­tion or sale of any images is pro­hib­it­ed, all rights to images of Bruce Munro’s art­works are held by a third par­ty, which does mon­i­tor usage worldwide.

    Any com­mer­cial use, repro­duc­tion or sale, direct­ly or online, of any images is strict­ly pro­hib­it­ed. Any­one wish­ing to seek per­mis­sion for any com­mer­cial project should con­tact Bruce Munro Stu­dio at [email protected]​brucemunro.​co.​uk.

  • Yes, all path­ways through­out the venue are ADA com­pli­ant. Wheel­chairs, walk­ers, crutch­es, braces and scoot­ers are allowed.

An emo­tion­al sup­port ani­mal is a type of ani­mal that pro­vides com­fort to help relieve a symp­tom or effect of a per­son­’s disability.
